Since the beginning of 2003, Chris de Brauw has been the Executive Vice
President of Client Services for Fieldwork Inc.
Previously, Chris served as the Chief Executive Analyst of C&R
Research and directed the professional staff. Chris is an expert in consumer and
consumer marketing issues, and has conducted quantitative and qualitative
research for over 25 years.
Foodservice is one of Chris’ areas of
expertise. He has conducted consumer research for dozens of foodservice
companies and concepts, and he has performed a number of consumer studies for
the National Restaurant Association, which can be purchased from the
Association:
-Dinner Decision making I and II
-Ethnic Cuisines I and
II
-Takeout Foods
-The Role of the Setting in the Restaurant
Experience
-Food Selections in Restaurants (to be published in
2003)
Chris has also performed numerous studies in other categories
including retail, food products, beer, personal care, airlines, sporting goods,
publishing and telecommunications.
Chris started his career in the 1970’s
as a Research Supervisor at FCB Advertising in Chicago.
A native of the
Netherlands, Chris is a naturalized US citizen. He has a BS in Political Science
from the University of Amsterdam, and an MA in Radio-Television from Ohio
University, in Athens, Ohio, where he continued his graduate studies to an “ABD”
in Mass Communications.
