Saul Ben-Zeev, Vice President of Quality Control for Fieldwork,
founded Creative Research Associates (later C&R) in 1959. Academically
trained in group dynamics, he was one of the first to introduce in-depth group
interviews as a research technique later to become popularized as “focus
groups.” He has participated in all aspects of business, partnering with a
variety of clients too numerous to list separately. He has played a pivotal role in the
establishment of branch offices in Argentina and Australia.
He has a
Ph.D. in Educational and Social Psychology from the University of
Chicago.
